My Mini Autobiography

Welcome to my inside most personal thoughts about any and all thinks books and maybe the roller coaster of life along the way. To be able to share all my inner workings I feel it is great to start off with some information about who's blog you may have stumbled upon, a mini autobiography if you will.

My name is Kate, I as I write this I am a month away from turning 23, I am putting this in writing so people will forever think I am 23..... our little secret right?

I work in the entertainment business, a fancy way of saying the movie theater business which helps explain to you my overall love of art.

My favorite genres include basically everything although as much as I love fantasy I don't read enough of it and it is my 2022 goal to read more. I promise I will don't yell at meee! I pick my books off cover alone and the many book recs off of bookstagram so I try never to close my mind off to any sort of book. You will see as I begin to post book related content that it really is no rhyme or reason, just unfiltered mood reading at it's finest.

I have a degree in public relations and social media which one day I hope to use to make some change in the world and help charitable organizations. Until then (and who are we kidding, after as well) I will use my knowledge to spew out to the world my love of books.

I am engaged to be married, only 7 more months until the big day (ahhh!). So if you see an influx of romance content on this page in August that may be the reason ;)

We have 4 fur babies in our little zoo, they are my pride and joy while also being the best book companions!

This is Gunner.. also known as Bubby, The Bubinator, The Bubasouras Rex, the cuddle monster 5000, sir. squeaks to damn much (that nickname was crafted by dad..). He loved to pose with my books but they also scare him.. lil baby!

This here is Vinny, he very clearly hates his life in this photo and it is stuff like this which is why Dad is his favorite... I try not to take it to heart. Vinny is currently in his terrorist threes in which every day he wakes up and chooses chaos, and is the reason I spend so much money on hair ties..... seriously, where are you hiding them??

This is ol' gal Rachey Rach. Her favorite pass times are sleeping, clawing you out of love, glaring at you for more food, and smacking her best pal Gunner any time he is within paw distance.

Last but certainly not least is big boi Jackson or as we like to call him Jacksonium Pandemonium for no particular reason other than we said it once and it stuck. Mr. Jackson has no front claws and 4 teeth total thanks to his previous owner but that does not stop him from begging for food worse than the dog, stealing bowls of raviloli from the cat sitters, and batting popcorn out of your hand mid reach.

Here is all of them in what I call "slump nation" to show you all that they can co-exist peacefully at least once every full moon.
