ABOUT ME

Hi Everyone & Welcome to a blog about my innermost thoughts on all things books!

 I have been an avid reader since I was young, using books to escape to far-off places that seemed better than reality. I believe books shape minds in the most interesting of ways. I recently decided to share my love of books on social media by creating a bookstagram and booktok (@kates_shelf) and have even more recently decided to branch further into the art of actual blogging which I haven't done since college.

I am 23, engaged to be married, I work in the entertainment industry but my favorite pass time is to cuddle up with a book and snuggle with one of our 4 fur babies.

I read any genre under the sun: a fun fact about me is I usually base my book reads solely off the cover and nothing else. There will be a lot of diversity on this page as well as monthly updates based on my book club reads!
